deAzzle is free for all business owners and entrepreneurs across India. There are no hidden costs involved either, only 3rd party integrations like Mswipe, Instamojo etc, charges are applicable as per their individual partner policies. 

deAzzle enables your customers to interact with you directly through app and web. A customer can inquire & subscribe about the services, book appointments, and make payments directly. You can also send broadcast messages to them via WhatsApp and other platforms.

Encourage your customers to download the deAzzle app and connect directly with you by adding your phone number to their app. Once they’ve added you, they’ll be able to instantly request appointments and pay for your services via deAzzle.

Currently, we support Instamojo, Mswipe, Ezetap and EaseBuzz. We are in the process of partnering with more payment gateways to make your payment collection quick and convenient.

Yes, you can. There is a broadcast function in deAzzle that enables you to send notifications to your customers. You can also select the customers to whom you would like to offer deals and discounts or you can send a notification to your entire existing customer base from deAzzle.
